Schedule Appointment
  • To ensure every notarization is completed legally, ethically, and smoothly, clients must meet a few standard requirements. A valid, acceptable form of identification is required in accordance with Nevada notary law. All documents must be fully completed prior to the appointment, with the exception of signatures, which must be signed in the notary’s presence. The signer must be physically present at the time of notarization.

For the protection of all parties involved, service may be declined if proper identification is not provided, if the signer appears unwilling, unaware, or under duress, or if the requested notarization would violate Nevada state law or professional notarial standards.

  • Final pricing is confirmed prior to your appointment based on the type of notarization requested, location, and any additional travel or scheduling considerations. To receive an accurate quote, please contact us with details about your document(s) and preferred appointment time. Transparency is important, and all fees will be clearly communicated before service is scheduled.

  • I am a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Nevada. I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in Nevada and am not authorized to provide legal advice, legal interpretation, or legal representation. I cannot accept fees for providing legal advice or legal representation.

My role is limited to verifying identity, witnessing signatures, and performing notarial acts as permitted by Nevada law.
